SPACC is a membership organisation – to stay in the loop with developments and to be able to vote at the AGM, it is important that all carnival supporters become members. A membership form is available here: Members Form
Each year St Pauls Carnival Board seeks to recruit new voluntary board members to help promote and advance the education, appreciation and practice of Afrikan and Caribbean arts, culture and history. Anybody is welcome to inquire, and we currently are looking to recruit people with expertise in the following areas: carnival, youth work, sponsorship, marketing, fundraising, education, staffing, strategic policy and law.
